About Me

Hi, I’m Min Kim—Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and Master Restorative Health Practitioner (MRHP).

I’m a functional nutrition practitioner trained in root-cause assessment and clinical lab interpretation. I believe sustainable health comes from understanding your unique physiology, identifying meaningful patterns, and building strategies that fit your life—not chasing trends or quick fixes.

I’ve always been drawn to food as both nourishment and medicine. My background in cooking, life as a mom, and my curiosity about how the body responds to what we eat shaped the way I approach nutrition: practical, personalized, and rooted in real life.

How I Work

My approach combines evidence-informed nutrition with an understanding of how stress, environment, and past experiences influence physiology. I guide clients through thoughtful, individualized strategies that support resilience and long-term well-being.

I focus on clarity over information overload, helping clients prioritize what matters most so they can make measurable progress. Work with me is collaborative: you are heard, supported, and guided every step of the way.

The goal is lasting results that feel achievable and aligned with your life.
